Hernando Felix Villagran is an associate attorney with Evans Family Law Group, where he brings a distinguished academic background, cross-border legal experience, and multilingual fluency to the service of individuals and families navigating complex family law matters.
Mr. Villagran was raised in the El Paso/Juarez border region, giving him a unique cultural insight into the international dynamics that often shape family law in Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), one of Latin America’s leading legal institutions, before receiving his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, Mr. Villagran is particularly adept at managing international and multicultural family law issues. His ability to communicate across languages and cultures allows him to offer tailored, culturally sensitive legal representation to clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
