Kathryn Figueredo Fowler is Of Counsel to Evans Family Law Group, bringing decades of courtroom experience and a longstanding reputation for excellence in family law litigation throughout Central Texas. Kathryn will continue serving clients in an Of Counsel capacity until January 2027, ensuring continuity of representation and a seamless transition for clients and colleagues as she prepares to assume her role as Judge of Williamson County Court at Law No. 3.
Known for her strategic preparation and trial-focused approach, Kathryn approaches every case with the expectation that it may ultimately proceed to litigation. Her commitment to thorough preparation, strong advocacy, and practical problem-solving has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike throughout her distinguished legal career.
Throughout her practice, Kathryn has represented individuals and families in divorce, child custody, and other complex family law matters across Williamson County, Travis County, Bell County, and surrounding communities. She is recognized for her professionalism, extensive trial experience, and dedication to achieving meaningful outcomes for the families she serves.
Licensed in Texas since 1990 and admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 1994, Kathryn has remained actively involved in the legal community through the Williamson County Bar Association, Austin Bar Association, Bell County Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
As she transitions to the bench, Kathryn remains committed to supporting Evans Family Law Group’s mission of protecting what matters most. Her continued involvement reflects the firm’s dedication to ensuring clients receive the same exceptional service, guidance, and advocacy they have come to expect.
Outside of her legal career, Kathryn considers her greatest accomplishment to be raising four adult children.
